Fees

One clear fee. Agreed before we start.

Our fee is a percentage of the refund we secure for you. You’ll see it in writing in your engagement letter before we do any work, and if there’s no refund, there’s no fee.

Agreed upfront

No refund, no fee

If we don’t find you a refund, you pay nothing. No sign-up charge, no hidden extras.

Paid to you, invoiced after

Revenue pays your refund directly into your own bank account. Then we send our invoice.

Why we invoice you afterwards

Since the end of 2025, Revenue no longer pays PAYE refunds into an agent’s bank account. Every refund goes straight to you.

That’s good news: your money never passes through us. It also means we can’t simply take our fee out of the refund, so we invoice you once Revenue has confirmed it.

    Revenue confirms your refund

    You get a Statement of Liability, usually about five days after we file.

    The money lands in your account

    Revenue usually pays within three to five working days, or by cheque if it has no bank account for you.

    We send our invoice

    For the fee agreed in your engagement letter. Payment terms: [CONFIRM, e.g. within 14 days by card or bank transfer].

If we secure a refund of €1,000, our fee is €100 [+ VAT, CONFIRM] and you keep €900.

You can. Every credit and relief we claim can be claimed free of charge through Revenue’s myAccount.
